Shipping and returns
How we pack, ship and take things back.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Delivery is free above ₹999; below that a flat ₹59 applies. Cash on delivery carries an additional ₹39.
Returns
You may return an item within seven days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Raise the request from your account, and we arrange the pickup where the pincode allows it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item reaches us and passes inspection, usually within five to seven working days. Wholesale returns are settled by credit note against your account.
