Returns
What is the return window? Seven days from delivery, for unused items in their original packaging.
Wholesale
How do I open a trade account? Apply with your GSTIN and a shop licence. Most applications are reviewed within two working days.
What discounts apply? 5% from 50 units, 10% from 100, and 15% from 250 — per line, applied automatically.
Do you offer credit? Approved trade accounts are given a credit limit and payment terms after review.
Product care
Keep covering jewellery away from perfume, water and direct sunlight. Store each piece in its pouch. Wipe with a dry cotton cloth after wear.
